Window Replacement means installing an entirely new window. Window Repair fixes hardware, balances, screens, or weatherstripping on a window you're keeping. Glass Repair replaces just the glass pane when the frame and hardware are still in good shape.

Do I have to replace every window in my house, or can I do just one?

I would give 10 stars, however they only gave me 5 as the best. Had 1 huge window replaced(that actually was 2 windows..who knew??)today and the entire process, from original meet and greet to installation was great. Do I wish windows were less expensive? Who doesn't? Forget all the crapola commercials you see on TV, Romac rocks.Steve Skaggs came to our house for original meet and was with us every step of the way.Great communication. The Installers, Pee Wee & PJ made the whole process an awesome experience. I even had fun with the inside woman that confirmed appointmnet date for installation. I called RoMac because I was told that I would have to replace a window that I could not close after a visitor to my home did something while opening or closing the window. A young man named Jimmy came to my home and REPAIRED the window for a lot less money that a new window would cost. It works beautifully. "Thankful for their expertise"

Romac sent out a rep to evaluate and was able to retrieve window sizes from our original manufacturer order number and get things going. The manufacturer delayed the install by sending the wrong size, but Romac got it taken care of and a new set shipped. We finally had all 4 replaced today by a crew of 4 and I was surprised at how quick it all went. These guys had quite the task as the windows were on a second-story level only accessible to them by scaffold. I am thankful for their expertise and service today, as that can be hard to come by when having work performed on your home these days. Thank you Romac!
